Protected Areas in Nepal

In our forest one has to go and look for the animals – they won’t parade themselves in front of us as they do in National Parks in other countries. In Africa one can watch the pageant of vast herds of antelope and zebra trekking past the open bush, family parties of lions disporting themselves there beside your vehicle. Things are different here in Nepal – our fauna and its setting is different and our National Parks have much to offer the visitor. It is only when one goes through the forest actively looking for wild animals that their behavior becomes even more fascinating and your pleasure in these latest finds becomes heightened.
